The Process of Bespoke
With 20 years of experience in bespoke clothing, particularly in women's suits, we possess professional expertise and tailored solutions to create a style that reflects both your character and elegance.
1 Consultation
Through our detailed discussion with you, we provide suggestions, such as your preferred style and wearing habits. These factors influence fabric selection, guiding you towards the next stage through our conversation.
2 Fabric
By understanding your preferences through consultation and introduction, we focus on selecting the finest fabrics that best suit your needs to craft the perfect suit.
3 Measurements
Since bespoke tailoring is truly based on your unique needs, we take precise measurements of approximately 30 body points to ensure the suit fits your physique perfectly.
4 Details
We will discuss the details of the suit with you, including the selection of linings, buttons, pockets, armholes, and more, to ensure every element aligns with your vision.
5 Garment Creation
Once the fabric, style, and measurements are finalized, your design will be entrusted to our expert designers. They will start from scratch to create a pattern, cut the fabric, and stitch it into a basted fitting garment. This initial process will take approximately 2~3 weeks to complete.
6 Fitting
Next, you will try on the basted garment, allowing us to adjust the fit, length, and smoothness of the suit. These adjustments are made in consultation with you to achieve the optimal cut and a perfectly tailored suit that meets your expectations.
Silk Fabric Production
We can provide customized silk fabrics based on your specific needs.
Silk Selection
We chose diffirent kinds of mulberry silk from Zhejiang Province, China, as our raw material. It excels in terms of luster, fiber length, elasticity, moisture absorption, breathability, and other performance attributes.
Meticulous Production
We utilize German Karl Mayer warp knitting equipment for silk weaving and advanced yarn improvement and warping techniques, to ensure a fabric that is structured, highly elastic, soft in texture, and beautifully lustrous. This process overcomes the traditional shortcomings of silk fabrics, such as wrinkling, lack of structure, and difficulty with machine-washing.
Based on the usage requirements of different fabrics, we can employ various weaving methods to produce products with different fabric structures.
Dyeing
We use natural dyes and employ over 600 color combinations in the manufacturing process. Enhanced by the unique color transitions created through warp knitting, the fabric can be imbued with rich color variations and a beautiful sheen.
